📋 Description

• Design advanced technical courses in a range of subjects and levels according to the Instructional
• Design highly creative, quality, and innovative learning solutions that are aesthetically pleasing
• Write and develop engaging and instructionally sound objectives, exercises, scenarios, interactive
• Determine accurate measures to assess learning retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Learn and use of Learning Management System (LMS).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in developing computer based training materials through course
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in utilizing training development/graphic design software
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Experience creating instructional content by drawing on instructional design models and best
• Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
