• Context switch daily: Move seamlessly between answering a broker email, assisting the marketing

• Fluent in Dutch and English: You will be communicating daily with local Dutch partners and our
• Core Insurance Knowledge: You understand the anatomy of an insurance policy (conditions
• High Agency & Autonomy: You don't wait to be told what to do; you get your hands dirty and
• AI Advocate: You'll know how AI can make a difference to your day to day and happy building and
• Adaptability: You thrive in a scale-up environment where your duties will shift dramatically as the
