Intake Associate, Home Care

📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service with professional communication
• Coordinate client services across offices; scheduling and support
• Handle new client intakes, referral calls, and backend workflow tasks
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
• Support office operations with focus on efficiency, organization, and budget
• Use Excel to track and organize information as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; open to new grads with right skills
• Prior home care, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, meet goals, and handle increasing responsibilities
• Strong team player with a positive, motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and electronic systems
