📋 Description

• Develop original concepts and format strategies for priority content programs
• Turn business goals, audience needs and company narratives into clear content plans
• Work out how one idea can become a connected system of written, video, social, educational, event
• Write master briefs that define the audience, narrative, creative idea, deliverables, distribution
• Build interview frameworks, talent strategies, episode formats, capture plans and deliverable
• Lead complex programs from early development through final delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in integrated content, editorial development, media, brand content, content
• A portfolio of distinctive programs that span more than one format
• Strong storytelling, editorial judgment and creative instincts
• Experience developing content from an early idea, not just executing a finished brief
• Strong brief writing and presentation skills
• A track record of leading complex, visible initiatives with many stakeholders
