• Mid-level social production lead across brands
• High-volume, fast-moving production pipeline
• Coordinate between creative, strategy, and external creators
• Manage contracts, budgets, and on-time delivery
• Maintain organized asset libraries and status reports

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in social production or content ops
• Great at prioritizing and trafficking across multiple workstreams
• Located within commuting distance to NYC
• Strong feedback, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with creator rosters, contracting, and budgets
• Familiar with social platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube)
