Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Support customers throughout the technical onboarding process, helping them integrate their
• Guide customers on REST APIs, web services, open-source libraries, and integration best practices
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical integration issues, collaborating with customer success
• Assist customers with product catalog configuration, including data uploads, facet configuration
• Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal technical teams, responding promptly
• Help customers understand integration requirements, API functionality, and implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support or technical support position, ideally within a software
• Working knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and software integration best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to diagnosing issues and
• High attention to detail and a commitment to providing responsive, reliable, and customer-focused
• Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and CSV, along with basic search and indexing
