📋 Description

• Lead integration engineer on the Business Systems Engineering team.
• Collaborate across teams to build globally scalable integrations.
• Identify issues, build/test integrations; administer Workday and HR platforms.
• Modify business processes and provide end-user support.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of global HCM integration experience.
• HRIS modules (HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent); Workday/Greenhouse/ADP.
• BI/analytics tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strategic thinker who aligns tech with business objectives.
• Security: OAuth 2.0, API security, RBAC.
• Excellent PM and stakeholder communication.
