Integration Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end governance for bank integrations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Build and maintain master timelines, status trackers, risks logs, and launch checklists.
• Drive risk, issue, and escalation management across integrations and migrations.
• Provide regular, high-signal status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate milestones and handoffs across Access, PD3/ProFound, DPR, and Data Access.
• Help lead Charged Access coordination including project tracking and stakeholder follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management, technical operations, or cross-functional ops.
• Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programs on tight timelines.
• Strong organizational skills; experience building artifacts (timelines, trackers, risk logs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate tech details for varied audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high-pressure environments.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Nice to have: bank integrations, APIs, or financial infrastructure experience.
