Integration Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations between customer systems and the
• Partner with Solution Architecture, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to translate
• Lead technical discovery around ERP capabilities, APIs, authentication, data availability, system
• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, explain architecture and data
• Define data mappings, transformations, integration logic, synchronization schedules, and
• Own the technical integration workstream from initial design and system connections through

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing or developing technical solutions for customer adoption
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, including authentication, requests and responses, pagination
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data models, data transformation, JSON, API payloads
• Practical knowledge of integration concepts such as scheduled polling, webhooks, retries, error
• Experience working with an iPaaS platform such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, or Tray.io, or
• Experience integrating ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or Dynamics 365.
