Integration Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for API integrations, database connectivity, and data
• Investigate and resolve integration failures, API errors, and data inconsistencies by analyzing
• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to diagnose issues, extract data, and support integration
• Work with RESTful APIs and webhooks — testing endpoints, interpreting payloads, debugging
• Scope integration issues by collecting relevant facts, reproducing problems, and involving
• Support and maintain integrations with Microsoft Cloud technologies and third-party systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in technical/integration support in IT.
• Strong SQL skills: ability to connect to databases, write complex queries, perform data analysis
• Hands-on experience working with APIs — RESTful services, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys)
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or cURL.
• Familiarity with data formats and protocols used in integrations (JSON, XML, HTTP, HTTPS).
• Certified within the Azure and/or M365 certification roadmap (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure
