📋 Description

  • Assemble, test, and install flight hardware components to the highest quality.
  • Focus on assembly, install, and testing of Terran R flight hardware through development and production.
  • Collaborate with production, integration, and quality to build and document operations.
  • Deliver on Terran R by solving real-time challenges, scaling processes, and improving efficiency.
  • Opportunity to apply automation, machine learning, and advanced technologies in the factory.
  • Second shift: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM PT,Monday–Friday (about 50 hours per week).

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years aerospace mechanical experience or related field.
  • Experience in fast-paced production environments handling flight hardware and critical ops.
  • Broad skills: fastener/torque, secondary retention, testing, avionics, bonding.
  • Familiar with propulsion systems and components.
  • Able to set up and operate hand and pneumatic tools, plus calibrated tools.
  • Able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
