Assemble and install flight hardware components and systems.
Test and validate hardware on the manufacturing floor.
Collaborate with production, integration engineers, and quality teams.
Build and install thrust structure, secondary structures, fluids, avionics, engines.
Document operations and sustain manufacturing practices.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years aerospace mechanical experience.
Fastener/torque, secondary retention, testing, avionics, bonding.
Operate hand and pneumatic tools; use calibrated tools.
Must climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
FAA A&P license is a nice-to-have.
