📋 Description

• Perform preventive and corrective troubleshooting & maintenance on hardware and software
• Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve incidents in person or remotely depending on
• Perform onsite visits, installation, integration and deployment activities involving mechanical
• Continuously acquire technical skills on technologies to keep up with technological evolution.
• Prepare technical reports for the clients on incidents, maintenance and their resolution.
• Interact with clients to explain root cause/solution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical
• Understanding of communication network concepts.
• Understanding information security, firewalls, switches and routers.
• Troubleshooting operating systems.
• Providing preventive maintenance to electrical/electronic components.
• Ability to work independently, but also oriented towards teamwork.
