📋 Description

• Own interconnection and backbone strategy for the Americas.
• Drive US interconnect scale with major ISPs and eyeball networks.
• Build AI-first operating model to analyze traffic and surface opportunities.
• Lead negotiations for high-value interconnection agreements.
• Plan backbone expansion and maintenance across the Americas.
• Align with cross-functional teams on network strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in network infrastructure (Telco/ISP/CDN/cloud).
• Strong BGP, DWDM, and IP networking understanding.
• Proven track record negotiating interconnection agreements.
• Knowledge of US peering and South America transport/IXPs.
• Fluency with AI tools to scale decision-making.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
