Interconnection Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver load flow, short-circuit, transient and small-signal stability, electromagnetic
• Ensure planning and performance studies comply with industry standards and good engineering
• Deliver detailed and practical modeling outputs and comprehensive technical reports.
• Manage end-to-end interconnection for large generator projects, coordinating with internal teams
• Lead electrical design development, including modeling packages and technical drawings.
• Oversee interconnection applications—ensuring timely, accurate documentation and compliance with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering (focus on power systems preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in power system planning, interconnection, or generator integration—energy
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools: PSS/E, PSLF, ETAP, PSCAD, PowerWorld, Aspen One-Liner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex modeling studies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to internal and external
• Experience conducting QA/QC on technical deliverables and interconnection studies.
