Interim Demand Planning Manager (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Own the retail demand plan and forecasting process, building forecasts by retailer, item, and week
• Partner with Supply Chain to make sure product is in the right place at the right time for our
• Translate retailer POS, inventory, and order data into sell-in forecasts, monitoring weeks of
• Partner with Sales on tracking retail performance, using SPINS, IRI/Circana, and Nielsen data to
• Build forecasts for new distribution, new items, resets, and promotions, and measure their impact
• Partner with FP&A and the sales team to deliver the retail portion of the Annual Operating Plan

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP, ideally in CPG.
• Hands-on experience forecasting for mass retail accounts and working directly with retailer data
• Strong understanding of SPINS, IRI/Circana, and Nielsen data reporting required.
• Experience with retailer data portals (such as Walmart Retail Link or Target Partners Online)
• Ability to balance competing priorities, develop solutions, and turn analysis into clear
• Experience with an ERP system; NetSuite preferred.
