📋 Description

• Prepare the design presentation for the client — concept layout, mood board, material palette, 3D
• Attend client site visits, take measurements, understand requirement and budget, and revise the
• Prepare the design scope note — inclusions, exclusions and specification list — for the estimation
• Develop space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, furniture layout, lighting design and false
• Prepare and issue GFC drawings — false ceiling, flooring / stone layout, wall panelling, joinery
• Coordinate design drawings with structural, MEP, HVAC and fire consultants, resolve clashes before

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in interior design.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
• Proven experience in preparing and managing GFC drawings (Good For Construction) documents.
• Skilled in AutoCAD for detailed design drawings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Keen eye for material selection and finishing trends.
