📋 Description

• Lead the development of the project's goals through all project phases (Programming Schematic
• Evaluate client needs; analyze and effectively document design objectives and spatial requirements
• Research, evaluate and coordinate furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) throughout all phases of
• Coordinate design work, standards and code compliance within the team under limited direction from

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or relevant field required.
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience required.
• Relevant furniture planning, specification, and procurement experience strongly preferred.
• A strong furniture/interior design portfolio demonstrating planning, specification, and
• Current NCIDQ certification is preferred.
• Must be design focused.
