Intermediate Controls Designer

📋 Description

• Design HVAC control systems for various building types, including hotels, retirement residences
• Gather and analyze technical drawings for equipment requiring controls.
• Develop control layout drawings, control details, and point lists.
• Analyze project documentation to develop optimal control strategies.
• Participate in internal and external coordination meetings with project partners.
• Perform economic analyses to ensure the profitability and efficiency of control system

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) such as Strato
• Knowledge of BACnet and Modbus communication protocols (required).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
