Internal Coach (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

📋 Description

• Structured 6-session 1:1 coaching journeys, fortnightly, 1 hour each.
• Developmental, not directive coaching approach.
• Carry 15-28 active coachees at a time depending on load.
• Deliver Breakthrough Sessions: focused 60-minute decisions.
• Around 60% of the week is dedicated to 1:1 coaching.
• Design and deliver group coaching programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated 1:1 coaching experience as the primary role
• Experience coaching across different levels, not just senior leaders
• Deep transformational coaching capability with root-cause focus
• Formal coach training and accreditation (e.g., Meta, Co-Active, Coach Masters)
• Strong understanding of transformational coaching methodologies
