Internal Communications Advisor

📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders across the business- especially People Team and Operations, to understand
• Support more high visibility, company-wide projects and campaigns, partnering with the Internal
• Own specific actions or the overall plan for team goals and projects
• Manage everyday comms requests into channels efficiently, matching messages to the right audiences
• Keep our Internal Comms tracker up to date and work with stakeholders to flag requests early
• Use data to see what's working and measure success, demonstrating the value added by the Comms Team

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of comms experience or similar role involving regular communication with different groups
• Ability to create clear, engaging copy with high standards for tone, spelling, and grammar
• Proficiency in communications tools; comfortable working with data to spot trends and measure
• Self-starter capable of working independently under pressure and unblocking oneself
• Confidence in communicating with people at all levels and providing constructive feedback
• Attention to detail in identifying and helping resolve operational issues
