📋 Description

• Own the strategy and execution of Motive's internal communications program, ensuring employees are
• Lead planning, narrative, and production for All Hands and other company-wide forums, from
• Build and grow Motive's internal video communications capability, producing executive updates
• Continuously find new and engaging ways to reach employees, evolving our channel mix, formats, and
• Own internal channels (Slack, intranet, email, and video) and ensure messaging is precisely
• Draft and refine executive communications, including CEO and leadership messages, talking points

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or executive communications, with a track record of
• Proven experience producing All Hands and other executive forums, from narrative development
• Hands-on experience building video communications and modern, multi-channel employee engagement
• Strong executive presence, with experience advising and writing for C-suite leaders
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex or sensitive
• Experience supporting crisis, issues, or change communications in partnership with Legal and
