📋 Description

• Work closely with and influence key company leadership to develop and disseminate their important
• Own strategy and results for keeping all relevant team members informed on important org news and
• Provide strategic, direct hands-on support to key senior leaders
• Proactively identify new opportunities and develop new ways to continually up level our internal
• Successfully collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute on a comprehensive plan for
• Maintain the Lyft brand and voice across all communications, written and verbal, and across company

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience guiding strategy and execution in a communications role
• Deep experience in executive and business communications
• Ability to fluidly navigate between strategy and execution (can develop high-level strategic plans
• Proven success building and implementing programs that inform and delight employees
• Thrives in highly fluid situations and fast-paced environments
• Deep interest in day-to-day news and long-term trends which impact the experience of working at Lyft
