Internal Communications Manager: GTM

📋 Description

• Own the internal communications strategy for your portfolio within GTM, becoming an expert in the
• Serve as an advisor to our Chief Commercial Officer and their team - helping them think through
• People manage a small team (one/two directs), supporting the global GTM org
• Translate complex sales strategy and customer stories into narratives that land with employees
• Anticipate communications needs before they arrive (e.g. launches, customer wins, organizational

🎯 Requirements

• Have 12+ years of experience in communications or an adjacent craft where you learned to make
• Are an exceptional writer with a particular talent for distilling complex concepts into plain
• Have served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and know how to build those relationships: when
• See the big picture and are able to connect individual team updates to company strategy and mission
• Have a keen eye for organizational culture and can recognize authentic moments worth amplifying
• Have worked at AI companies, frontier tech companies, or other organizations where the work moves
