International Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepare and reconcile monthly EMEA/APAC payrolls across regions.
• Coordinate payroll timing with local teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Benefits, and Accounting to improve payroll workflows.
• Serve as first contact for all EMEA/APAC payroll inquiries.
• Process one-time payments, leaves, fringe benefits, BIK, Bike to Work, and pension contributions.
• Reconcile month-end EMEA/APAC payroll journal entries.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of EMEA/APAC payroll processing in small to mid-size orgs.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA/APAC payroll compliance and local tax/labor laws.
• Experience managing vendors and adapting to new payroll systems.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Highly proficient in Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivots, formulas).
