Internship - Finance

📋 Description

• Contact customers by phone to communicate past due account balances and expiring methods of payment
• Manage and update automated customer notes within our billing system
• Prepare and process customer account closure requests
• Compile, organize, and review at-risk client data for Finance leadership
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with team members across Finance and Customer Success to ensure smooth operations
