Internship / Stage Planning Operations (Supply Chain)

📋 Description

• Support the Planning (Dispatching) and Installation team with day-to-day operational tasks
• Creating service calls in the system based on customer requests
• Coordinating with field technicians regarding their schedules and assignments
• Assisting the logistics team with daily monitoring and follow-up of operational routines
• Supporting cross-functional initiatives to resolve operational issues
• Coordinating the planning and scheduling of installations and project rollouts

• You are an enthusiastic student with a matching educational business background, and preferably a
• Your internship is a mandatory aspect of your studies
• You are a team player with strong communication & analytical skills
• You work pro-actively, take ownership of your own projects and deadlines, and are result driven
• You can have basic understanding/ability to speak in either Dutch or French and be fluent in English
• You're available for at least 5 to 6 months starting from January/February 2027
