Inventory Associate (Weekend Shift)

📋 Description

• Receive shipments, verify contents, photograph and digitize each card, catalog, and shelve; pull
• Protect the inventory by maintaining chain of custody, accurate counts, and careful handling
• Own the weekend work by keeping intake and outtake moving with a smaller crew
• Improve processes by identifying slow, error-prone, or inefficient workflows
• Work with product and data teams to provide feedback for tool improvements
• Travel to card shows and events for on-floor intake

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a high-volume operational environment (warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, retail
• High attention to detail with systematic mistake-catching
• Reliable attendance on schedule Wednesday through Sunday, including every Saturday and Sunday
• Physical ability to stand, sit, reach, bend, handle repetitively, and lift
• Ability to speak up when processes aren't working
• Bonus: experience with WMS, scanners, or inventory systems; comfort in Excel; guard card or similar
