Inventory Coordinator

📋 Description

• Conducting regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits
• Reconciling physical and system inventory levels and verifying finished goods
• Assisting with lost SKU investigations and reporting discrepancies
• Supporting order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and stickering finished goods
• Accurately entering and maintaining data for compliance
• Preparing weekly compliance reports and supporting audit needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data management, inventory auditing, and working with inventory systems
• Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative
• Ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
