Inventory Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing, procurement, and inventory management activities across 16 facilities while
• Develop strategic sourcing and purchasing approaches using spending, inventory, supplier, and
• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, pricing, service levels, quality expectations
• Partner with plant personnel to establish technical, quality, cost, and delivery requirements and
• Optimize inventory levels and accuracy while reducing shortages, excess stock, obsolete materials
• Conduct quarterly site visits to verify inventory, investigate discrepancies, evaluate warehouse

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain
• Equivalent relevant experience in procurement, inventory, supply chain, or an industrial
• Extensive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, inventory management, and supplier
• Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing, inventory optimization, supplier performance management
• Demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies, evaluate bids and proposals, negotiate
• Proven experience managing suppliers, contracts, purchase orders, delivery performance, and

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of $115,000–$130,000, depending on qualifications, experience, location, and
