Investigations & Compliance HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Lead and manage internal workplace investigations involving policy violations, employee misconduct
• Conduct interviews, review documentation, analyze facts, and prepare investigation summaries
• Ensure investigations are conducted in a timely, thorough, objective, and confidential manner.
• Maintain accurate and confidential investigation records and case documentation.
• Partner with HR leadership, the National Service Center, and business leaders on complex employee
• Track investigation trends and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate risk and improve workplace

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related
• 3 years of experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• 3 years of experience with Affirmative Action Programs.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC regulations, wage and
• Strong interview, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
