📋 Description

• Develop realistic financial modeling tasks based on professional experience in investment banking
• Establish correct reference solutions by completing assignments to produce accurate reference
• Design evaluation criteria including precise, objective, yes-or-no grading rubrics to consistently
• Test AI model capabilities by submitting assignments for evaluation against leading AI models and
• Refine evaluation frameworks by creating detailed assessment criteria that identify errors
• Prepare high-quality supporting materials including clear task briefs and input Excel workbooks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate development
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills including merger models, pro forma financial
• Financial modeling accuracy with ability to build, review, troubleshoot, and extend complex
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail, ability to identify
• Excellent written English skills with ability to produce clear task briefs, detailed instructions
• Interest in AI research and willingness to learn about AI evaluation methodologies, model testing
