Investment Operations Analyst - Reconciliation Specialist (US Start of Day)

📋 Description

• Own daily reconciliation across cash, positions, tax lots, and securities.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with customers, Product, and Engineering to improve workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to design scalable middle/back-office processes.
• Support pre-market operations with a 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 3–5 years in investment operations or middle/back-office.
• Familiar with portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and trade lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and able to resolve breaks and exceptions.
• Proficiency with Google Apps or MS Office, especially spreadsheets.
• Curiosity about AI-driven tools and new tech.
