Investment Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Daily reviews of account restrictions, trading permissions, and custodian data feeds.
• Own trade-error processing: investigate, document, coordinate remediation.
• Enable options trading and margin in custodian accounts; coordinate approvals and docs.
• Onboard SMAs and specialized strategies; coordinate custodian setup.
• End-to-end ops for alternative investments: subscriptions, redemptions, funding.
• Audits of billing, trade execution, SWIM enrollment, and configuration.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in investment operations, brokerage operations, wealth management, or related.
• Experience supporting traders or a centralized investment platform.
• Strong understanding of trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and controls.
• Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or similar custodians, including account setup and approvals.
• Proven ability to manage recurring, detail-oriented workflows independently.
• Enthusiasm for using AI and automation to improve operational workflows.
