📋 Description

• Support investor onboarding activities, including the collection, review and maintenance of KYC and
• Process investor capital activity accurately in accordance with fund offering documents and
• Administer investor portals, managing user access, permissions and account setup to ensure a
• Coordinate the timely distribution of investor communications, including capital call notices
• Support treasury-related activities, including expense payments, distribution funding and related
• Maintain accurate investor records and data across multiple systems, ensuring information remains

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications or further study in finance, accounting, fund administration, or
• Experience within private equity, alternative investments, fund administration, investor services
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high
• Understanding of investor onboarding, investor servicing, fund structures, and AML/KYC requirements
