📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Field Engineers across Presales and Professional
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them understand and adopt relevant IoT
• Support the team in solving complex customer challenges through solution architecture, technical
• Coach and mentor engineers, provide meaningful career-development feedback, and help team members
• Monitor team health indicators, identify development opportunities, and promote a culture of
• Establish and maintain disciplined engineering processes, delivery practices, and organizational

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Exceptional academic performance at both high school and university level.
• Extensive experience with embedded Linux, including Yocto or comparable technologies.
• Strong Linux expertise, with experience in Debian or Ubuntu considered particularly valuable.
• Fluency in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
• Experience managing or leading a small technical engineering team, with the ability to coach
