IQC Inspector II (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Perform incoming quality-control inspections on raw materials, bulk intermediates, subassemblies
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using metrology equipment, hand tools
• Interpret inspection results, compare findings against established acceptance criteria, and
• Document inspection results accurately in applicable quality and process systems, maintaining
• Identify, document, and escalate nonconforming materials, product defects, and inspection
• Verify calibration status for inspection and laboratory equipment and support equipment validation

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant quality-inspection
• Experience performing quality-control inspections using metrology equipment, hand tools, gauges
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply specifications, inspection criteria, control limits, and
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, documentation discipline, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and software skills, with the ability to enter, maintain, and retrieve inspection
• Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and safely perform physical
