📋 Description

• Own secure configuration, provisioning, and lifecycle management of identity and access across
• Manage and secure our endpoint fleet (macOS/Windows/Linux) via MDM, including compliance baselines
• Own the in-office LAN, WiFi, audio-visual, conferencing, and computing systems end-to-end from a
• Continuously mine ticket trends to identify what shouldn't be a ticket at all — building automation
• Serve as the technical escalation point for issues the help desk can't resolve — approachable
• Support the smooth onboarding of new hires and manage the full employee IT lifecycle from a systems

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with our IT tools and platforms of choice, including macOS, Windows 11, different Linux
• Experience in a fast-paced IT organization that prioritizes security, automation, and system
• Comfortable serving as a technical escalation point and SME — self-motivated to eliminate the root
• The ability to thrive as a regional operator as part of a geographically diverse, fully remote
• Comfortable working in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
