IT Analyst

📋 Description

• Field access requests and grant permissions
• Troubleshoot IT hardware, software, enterprise systems and networking
• Setup workstations and user accounts; provide on-site and remote support
• Handle end-user requests via ticketing, phone, email, and Slack
• Participate in On-Call IT rotation; off-hours support as needed
• Manage AV/Conferencing equipment and inventory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years IT Support
• Strong customer service
• MacOS and iOS knowledge; Jamf a plus
• SaaS administration experience; Okta a plus
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Team player who can work independently
