IT Associate

📋 Description

• Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotely
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting Mac endpoints
• Provide in-office AV support and conference room equipment
• In-office presence up to 5 days/week, occasional travel to other locations
• Support provisioning/de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace
• Onboard new employees and write knowledge base articles

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of providing technical support
• Troubleshoot and administer Apple computers and mobile devices
• Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks
• Experience with Google Meet and Zoom device configuration and troubleshooting
• Clear communication with users via email, chat, and video conferencing
• Excellent writing skills
