📋 Description

• Join Service Desk at Long Beach, CA
• Collaborate with IT Ops teams (Sys Admin/Eng)
• Support desktop, resources, and end-user experiences
• Respond to tickets on desktop and system issues
• Install and maintain endpoint devices and infrastructure
• Improve service with documented, reusable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of IT Support experience
• Proficient with Linux, macOS, iOS and Android
• Image, deploy, and configure OS on desktop and mobile
• Familiar with M365 or G Suite in an enterprise env
• SCCM, MDM, imaging, ServiceNow, and backup tools
• Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo admin experience
