📋 Description

• Strengthen IT operations at our Stennis Test site by actively supporting daily service desk
• Provide responsive technical support by troubleshooting and resolving desktop, user experience, and
• Deploy and maintain endpoint devices and infrastructure, working collaboratively with other IT
• Develop and document scalable solutions that proactively reduce repetitive service requests and
• Apply deep desktop OS expertise to diagnose complex technical issues, enhance end-user experience
• Utilize strong networking knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity issues, support network-dependent

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, or related technical role
• Enterprise-level support experience with Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems
• Network+ certification or equivalent networking/IT certification
• Hands-on experience configuring network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, or Arista
• Demonstrated experience with asset lifecycle management, asset tracking, and technical documentation
• Working knowledge of IT management tools including Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)
