IT Automation & Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Build and maintain automations for repetitive IT tasks.
• Develop automation pipelines in Okta Workflows and Jira Automation.
• Build agentic workflows in Atlassian Rovo to improve AI learning.
• Plan and scope work with the team in sprint cycles.
• Provide hands-on, in-person IT support at the office.
• Handle Tier 1/2 IT support: provisioning and accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in IT operations or system administration.
• Experience building automations, not just using them.
• Comfort scripting in Python or Bash.
• Hands-on Okta experience (provisioning, security policies).
• Mac fleet mgmt with Jamf, Google Workspace, and Atlassian.
• Comfort moving between backend work and in-person IT support.
• Bias toward improving systems, not just keeping them running.
