📋 Description

• Own the escalation end of the support queue, taking what's escalated from the service desk to
• Own a technical domain: networking and conference room AV across three offices.
• Own the network health standard, including proactive alerting, internet failover with no single
• Provide work that is invisible when right, like on-time meetings and reliable WiFi.
• Split time between people and systems, using insights from helping team members to create
• Use automation in real workflows safely, especially in a regulated environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of IT experience at a distributed company with a track record of resolving complex issues
• Ability to participate in escalation rotations, including occasional after-hours or event-day
• Fluency in cloud-managed network stack (Meraki or equivalent), including wireless, VLANs, access
• Experience with conference room AV, ideally Zoom Rooms and Neat, including support for large hybrid
• Hands-on administration experience across several of: Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Jira
• Experience with cross-functional partnership for office technology changes, with Workplace
