IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee IT support — hardware, software, access, and
• Own device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows, including procurement, provisioning, MDM
• Administer core identity and SaaS systems (SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, and related tools)
• Manage the NYC office's IT infrastructure — networking, AV, conference rooms, and on-site hardware
• Build and document IT processes, runbooks, and self-service resources that scale as Rho grows
• Partner with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, and asset management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT support or IT operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Hands-on expertise administering macOS and Windows, MDM tools, and identity/SSO platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and common SaaS administration
• Experience managing office IT infrastructure, including networking, AV, and conference room
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-service mindset
• A clear communicator who can document processes and support non-technical teammates
