IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, support and monitor applications within our Corporate Services application portfolio
• Build and maintain custom applications in our iPaas platform to support the automation of
• Responsible for Authentication services (Okta), Collaboration Services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom)and
• Develop IT Engineering best practices and policies for the organization
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures
• Respond to and lead IT responses for incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of JAMF, Okta & GSuite Administration or similar systems
• Experience with FIvetrans, Workato or similar platforms
• Experience with Scripting (i.e. Bash, Python, Powershell)
• Proficient in SQL and understand the basics of data warehousing concepts
• Experience with Cloud (GCP / AWS) and IaC (Terraform)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think outside the box
