• Support enterprise apps and deliver automation-driven solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years IT experience; at least 1 year in cloud-first user support.
• 1+ year experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with Okta identity and access management.
• 1+ year experience using Jamf to manage MacOS.
