📋 Description

• Own integrations, automation, and AI-native workflows across Core IT: the orchestration tooling
• Build and maintain the automation that serves the other functions inside the organization
• Evaluate and adopt new automation and AI tooling as it matures, with a point of view on where it
• Manage a team of engineers in the US and India, and grow the team's capabilities and skills as its
• Set technical direction and a shared roadmap for a team whose work has been split across more than
• Build the working rhythm a globally distributed engineering team needs to operate as one team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or automation engineering, including 3+
• Experience managing a globally distributed engineering team across multiple time zones, including
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and orchestration tooling (Selenium, Workato, or
• A track record of setting technical direction and a shared roadmap for a team, not only running one
• Proficient in Python/JavaScript, at a minimum, with the ability to read and review pull requests
