Providing onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and specialist laboratory devices.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues in line with agreed service
Installing, configuring, maintaining, and replacing IT equipment and software.
Supporting user onboarding, account administration, and access requests.
Assisting with IT deployments, technology refreshes, and site-based projects.
Performing basic network support activities, including patching and connectivity checks.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in an IT Field Service, Desktop Support, or similar end-user support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows desktops and laptops.
Strong knowledge of common end-user applications and peripherals.
Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and break/fix support.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
