IT Governance and Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain technical policy and compliance documentation aligned with NIST frameworks.
• Author, refine, and support enforcement of core protocol and operational documents such as
• Standardize and document end-to-end onboarding and offboarding procedures for staff and technicians.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive software, user, and responsibility chart that maps system access
• Document technical workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support consistent service
• Assist with the rollout, tracking, and enforcement of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as an IT Operations Analyst, IT Security Analyst, or Governance, Risk, and
• Experience supporting technical projects, including requirements gathering, scope definition
• Exceptional technical writing skills, including experience creating operational SOPs, IT policies
• Exposure to or foundational understanding of security and compliance standards, such as the NIST
• General administrative experience with cloud platforms, identity management, and SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of MFA platforms and identity management protocols.
